DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes! I have shot weddings in Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Texas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Colorado and Italy! In 2024, I am headed to Scotland! Fun fact: I used to live in Edinburgh!

How are our photos delivered?

You will receive your high-resolution, professionally-processed images via a password-protected online gallery. You will have access to a print shop within your gallery as well as print rights to get them printed wherever you like!

How long have you been shooting weddings and how many have you shot?

I have been shooting weddings seriously since 2019 and have shot hundreds by now. 2021 was my first wedding season as a full-time photographer! In addition to the couples that I book through my own brand, I also associate shoot for other photographers and second shoot to keep myself constantly learning.

DO YOU GUARANTEE GIFS OR DRONE PHOTOS?

You may see gifs and drone photos in my portfolio, but unfortunately I do not guarantee these with every wedding or session! Typically gifs are by request only so if you want some, just let me know before we shoot together. For drone shots, I am still learning how to fly so for now I can’t promise these to every client. This can also depend on your venue’s drone protocols!

How long until we see our wedding photos?

I always send previews in the first 48 hours after each wedding! This is usually 20-40 highlight moments from the day. The full gallery takes 4-6 weeks!

What are some of the benefits of an engagement session?

Like me, you might get nervous when being photographed! An engagement session is an amazing way to get some practice in front of the camera before the wedding day! This is a great time to experiment with which angles you like of yourself or which poses/prompts feel the most natural and fun to you.. I love it when my couples treat them as a date night! Bring some champagne, make reservations somewhere new for afterwards, or buy a fun new outfit! The number one thing for me is that I get the chance to meet you, spend an evening with you, and really get to know you better so that I can capture your wedding day even more intimately and authentically.

What is your editing style?

I have a very balanced editing style that is true-to-color, not too moody and not too airy either. Your photos will be timeless with an editing style that is not trendy and will not go out of style. My galleries also include lots of black-and-white images because those are as timeless as can be!

Why should we upgrade our engagement session?

The Classic Engagement gives you the option of 2 locations and 2 outfits so a lot of my couples like to get two very different vibes during their session. Often we do a casual look and a formal look for variety! You will get a lot more photos for your guest book, save-the-dates, picture frames around the house, and for posting on instagram too! Besides the longer we spend shooting together, the more we will all get to know each other and really is so much fun!

Why do you include two shooters in all of your packages?

Second shooters are an amazing addition to your day! They can provide alternative and creative angles in many situations when I am getting "safe" shots. They can cover cocktail hour while I do portraits, shoot groom prep while I shoot bridal prep, and provide artistic and beautiful candid shots of your day! One of my favorite wedding photos is that back-of-dress moment when the bride walks down the aisle and that kind of shot would not be possible without a second shooter!
